- a) Scope Management Plan: Describes how the scope will be defined and developed and provides information on how the schedule will be developed. Note: It can be understood that the project scope contains elements of specific schedule activities, so the scope affects the schedule.
- b) Development Methodology: It helps define the schedule planning methodology, estimating techniques, schedule preparation tools and techniques used to control the schedule. Note: The development method is which one or more of predictive, iterative or adaptive tool will be used for the project, and the development method will also affect the scheduling of schedule activities.
